AP EAPCET final counselling schedule 2023
The Andhra Pradesh state conducts entrance examination through the department of technical education of Andhra Pradesh to provide admission in various Bachelor in engineering and bachelor in technology courses across the state in various Government and private institutes and colleges. All the candidates who have participated in the entrance examination EAPCET can participate in the AP EAPCET 2023 Counselling round to get admission in the session of 2023-24. The web phase counselling of the final round will be started on 14 September and students can participate in this Counselling till 17 September 2023. however you need to pay the online fees before 15 September. AP EAPCET Final counselling starting dates
Eligible candidates can take admission in M.P.C stream Through this counselling procedure forcession 2023-24. The eapcet-sche.aptonline.in portal will be open for students on 14 September 2023 and students can pay the online fees to participate in the counselling round till 15 September. Students can upload the certificate for verification purposes between 14 September to 16 September 2023. After this all the eligible candidates can select options on 17 September 2023 by login on the official website. After this, the department will prepare a merit list of the selected candidates for AP ECPCET seat allotment result 2023 and announce it on 21 September 2023 on the official website. If your name is available in this allotment list and you are satisfied with the allotted college then you have to visit to the allotted college between 21 to 25 September 2023 physically for physical verification. Once you have appeared in the College for self reporting after that admission will be approved by the college once you have paid all the fees at the time of reporting at the college.
Apply online for AP EAPCET final counselling round
Follow this procedure to apply online and participate in the Andhra Pradesh EAPCET final counselling round 2023 to submit the online application fees and upload documents for verification purpose:
- first of all visit to the official website of AP EAPCET. https://cets.apsche.ap.gov.in/ You can also click on this link to visit direct on the website.
- Now click on the admission link and after that click on the registration in admission section.
- Now enter your EAPCET hall ticket number and date of birth in the section of user id and password for registration.
- After that a pre filled online application will appear in your screen where you can see your all the information in the website. if there is any mistake in the data on online form then you can manually correct them and click on the submit button.
- Once you submit your all the details you have to pay the online fees according to your category. if you belongs to SC or ST category then you have to pay 600 rupees through online mode. otherwise you will be charged 1200 rupees for online application fees.
- Once you have paid the online fees you can take a printout of your application for further references.
Important documents for participating in AP EAPCET final counselling 2023
You need to carry the following documents at the time of verification of documents. and the following documents will also be submitted at the time of verification on portal:
- The rank list of the candidates in AP EAPCET.
- Hall ticket of the candidate
- 12th Class marksheet
- proof of date of birth. You have to attach your 10th class marksheet
- Transfer certificate
- Study certificate from class 6 to class 12th
- If you belongs to reserve category then you have to attached respective certificate ie, EWS, SC, ST, And other certificates
- The domicile certificate of Andhra Pradesh state which should be more than 10 years old.
- The income certificate of the family of the candidate
- Local status certificate
