We are listing the eligibility criteria for the appointment of constable in RPF according to the official notification of the Railway Recruitment Board:
- Only Indian citizens can apply online
- The age of the applicant should be between 18 to 25 for the post of constable, However, if you are applying for the SI then the maximum age should be 27 years. Other special categories will also get age relaxation according to the government norms.
- The educational qualification should be more than a 10th pass from any recognised board for the post of constable, the applicant who wants to become SI have to complete the graduation in any stream from a recognized institution in India.
- The candidate should also be physically fit because the board will conduct a physical examination and medical examination after completing the written examination.
Selection procedure of RPF Recruitment 2023
The Railway Recruitment Board will conduct the recruitment examination of Railway Protection Force for the constable and sub inspector. The board will follow multiple layers of selections to find out only qualified candidates. Firstly candidates have to appear in the online written examination which will be conducted on a computer.
