How to apply for learner Licence at Sarathi Parivahan Portal 2023 ?

If you have crossed the age of 18, then you can apply for driving licence, but firstly you have to apply for learner licence before applying for driving licence. So follow this procedure to apply for learner licence from your mobile phone :-

• Visit to the official website of Sarathi  Parivahan portal. You can also click to this website to reach direct on the portal :- https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/ 
• You have to select the name of your state where you want to apply for learning licence.
• You should remember that you will get appointment in the RTO of your selected State.

• You will reach on a new page where you can see the first link on the website apply for learner Licence, click on the link.
• If you have your Aadhar Card then you should apply from your Aadhar Card because Aadhar Card holders will get extra opportunity to appear in learning licence test from their home.
• However if you have no Aadhar Card then you have to visit your nearest driving Licence office to appear in the test.
• Now you have to enter your Aadhar number in the website after that system is generate OTP message in your mobile phone which is the registered with Aadhar card.
• Enter the SMS and verify your Aadhar.

How to apply for driving licence at Sarathi Parivahan portal 2023 ?

You can also apply for driving licence from your mobile phone by using Sarathi Parivahan seva portal. You have applied for learning licence and get your learning licence after completing the online test then you can apply for driving licence by following this procedure :-

• Firstly you need to visit to the official website and select your state where you want to apply in RTO.
• Now click on the link for Applied driving licence in the website.

• Enter your learner licence number in the website and select your date of birth and click on the ok button.
• Now you will reach on a new dashboard where you have to upload your documents again in the website including your Aadhar card, voter ID card, and other documents.
• Now you have to again upload your photograph and signature which will appear in driving licence card after successfully passing the driving licence test.
• Now you have to select the time slot to appear in the RTO for driving licence test.
•  After that pay the application fees through online mode and submit your application for apply driving licence.

Once you submit your driving licence application you need to take a printout of this and have to appear to the RTO on specific date which you have selected for the driving licence test.
