• The age of the candidates should be between 18 years to 23 years. The date will be counted according to the detailed notification which will be uploaded soon.
• The applicant should have completed his 10th class from any recognized board.
• The candidate should be a resident of India.
• The height of the male Candidate should be more than 170 cm and the female candidate should have 157 CM height.
• The measurement of the chest is only designed for male candidates where the size of the unexpanded chest should be 80 CM and the expanded chest of the candidate should be 85 CM.

• Firstly you need to visit to the official website of Staff Selection Commission.
• You can also click on this link to visit direct on the website :-ssc.nic.in
• Now you will reach on a new page where you have to click on the ssc gd login button after entering your application ID and password.
• If you are applying first time in SSC then you should register yourself on the website by entering your 10th class details and Aadhar information.
• Once you visit on the Dashboard of your website you can see the SSC GD application link in front of you.
• Once you click on the SSC GD Recruitment 2024 apply now link the online application form will automatically open on your mobile and you can select the Examination centre according to your facility
• Now enter your 10th class details including roll number, 10th class board, state, passing status, and percentage.
• You have to select the checklist according to your eligibility reservation and category.
• At the end, you have to upload your passport-size photograph and the photograph of your signature to the website

SSC GD 2024 : Selection Procedure

There are total four phases in the selection procedure of SSC GD recruitment:

• The first phase is online CBT examination where you have to appear in online test and select correct answer from for options of a question. 
• Selected candidates in the online examination will be called for SSC GD PET (Physical Efficiency Test) where Candidates need to appear in various physical activities including long jump, high jump, race etc.
• After this, candidate will be called for physical standard test – PST.
• Candidates will be evaluated by the physical measurements which have mention above.
• The last phase is medical fitness test where you have to appear in the medical examination in different centres.
